Week of April 2nd

The third quarter has been extended another week, due to all the snow days this winter. We are finished with Chapter 5 and will be doing a review of Chapter 6, which is only four lessons. Tuesday, a new POW will be passed out, since Wednesday is a half-day with Career Speakers. Then we will be starting a Google Slide presentation on Transformations.

Week of March 19th

We may have another interruption to our schedule mid-week, but I really hope not, as this is our last full week of classes, before MEA Testing and the end of the 3rd quarter. We have three more lessons to go but they are all on the Pythagorean Theorem, which you did your poster project on and know what to do. I hope to take the quiz on 5.5 to 5.7 on Thursday and another SBR Test on Friday. Look for our last POW of the quarter mid week.

Week of March 12th

This will be a fast week of school. Monday, we will be finishing up our poster projects on Pythagorean Theorem. The presentations will be on Tuesday. Wednesday is a half-day with the play. Thursday, we will be starting in on Lesson 6. See you at conferences.

Week of March 5th

We have reached the mid point of this chapter and will be taking a quiz on Tuesday. Your POW is due on Wednesday and you have PaperCut, so you are able to print out your work on your own. We will then working through Lessons 5 and 6.

Week of February 26th

New textbook on Monday. Three weeks until parent conferences and five weeks till the end of the quarter. Stay up to date and be well

Week of February 12th

We have made it to the week before vacation. We will be finishing up Chapter 5 and taking the test on Thursday. Wednesday is a half-day and your POW will be due. Plan ahead and turn in all your assignments before vacation.

Week of February 5th

Hoping that the weather will cooperate and we can have a five day week of school. We are starting the second half of Chapter 4 and hope to get through a couple of lessons this week. The plan is to take the Chapter 4 Test before vacation. A new POW will be passed out on Wednesday. There maybe be a SBR Test towards the end of the week, as we haven't had one yet this quarter. Stay healthy, so you don't miss any school.
