Week of April 9th

Last week before vacation and it is a short one. Monday, we will be going over the Sunshine Math that you turned in our Friday and reviewing for the quiz on 9.1 to 9.4 that will be on Tuesday along with a SBR test. Wednesday your POW #13 is due. Thursday is a half-day with no classes and Friday is an in-service day for teachers. Enjoy the vacation.

Week of April 2nd

Now we are into the last quarter of the year and the last five day week before vacation. Monday we will start in on Chapter 9 and work our way through the first couple of lessons. New Sunshine Math on Monday that will be due on Friday. New POW on Wednesday, that will be due on Tuesday of next week. Keep looking for that sunshine.

Week of March 26th

The month started with a snow day and is ending with a short week of school.
We will be finishing up our projects on Monday and you will be grading yourselves
and giving feedback to your classmates on Tuesday. Wednesday, we will be wrapping up the quarter, so be sure all assignments have been turned in. Thursday and Friday are conference days.

Week of March 19th

The weeks seem to be flying by now. 8 more class days left in the third quarter. No new Sunshine Math sheet this week. POW #12 is due on Wednesday. We will be wrapping up our study of Chapter 8 these next couple of days and taking the test mid-week. Make sure that you know when your teacher conference is at the end next week.

Week of March 12th

Mrs. Libby is continuing to be doing her lead teaching, but I am keeping an eye on things. We are working our way through Chapter 8. A new Sunshine Math will be passed out on Monday and due on Friday. Our last POW of the quarter will be passed out on Wednesday and be due the middle of the following week. Taking a quiz on the first lessons in Chapter 8 and our final SBR of the quarter on Tuesday.

Week of March 5th

Well, now we are all set for three whole weeks that each should have five days of school. There are less then four weeks left in the quarter and there are parent conferences coming up at the end of the month. Chapter 11 tests will be returned on Monday and we will be going over the answers. If a student isn't pleased with their grade, they may take it again during E/I/Calc or when they have time. Next, we will be diving into Chapter 8 and Mrs. Libby will be starting her lead teaching. A new Sunshine Math will be passed out on Monday, that will be due on Friday. POW #11 is due on Wednesday.
