A new week, a new month and only 10 days until another vacation. We are starting our iMovie project with Mrs. Lord this week. Please bring a pencil and your laptop to class each day and we will head down as a group to Mrs. Lord's lab. On Wednesday, you will be receiving POW #9, that is due on the 11th. If you are leaving early for vacation, please turn in your completed work before you leave.

Junaury 26, 2009

We are wrapping up Chapter 4 this week. Monday we will be working on the 4.7 worksheet. Tuesday will be spent going over the worksheet and doing review problems from the chapter review and chapter test. Wednesday is the Talent Show and early release. I am planning for the test to be on Thursday, but if it is a snow day we will take it on Friday. If Wednesday happens to be a snow day, we will still have the test on Thursday. Have a good week and stay warm.

Hope that everyone enjoyed their long weekend and another snow storm. At least we didn't lose another day of school that we would just have to make up in June. Great job on your 4.1 - 4.3 quizzes that you took on Friday. We went over them in class on Tuesday and if you need to do quiz corrections please turn them in on Wednesday. Your POW #8 were due on Tuesday and we will go over them on Wednesday. The rest of the week we will continue to work our way through Chapter 4 and will have a test towards the end of next week.

We are finally getting started on Chapter 4 in our textbooks. We will be working our way through the first three lessons this week and taking a quiz on Friday. I passed out POW #8 in class on Monday and it is due on Tuesday, the 20th. Remember that there is no school on Monday, so you must planned ahead.

Not happy about having last Friday off from school, but we knew that an ice storm was on it's way.
Passed out POW #7 today and collected the top sheet from the progress reports packets. POW is due on Friday the 19th. Everyone should have theirs in on Friday, no reason to be late with this
